Pushing the limits.

Every panel on this page is a real method running live in your browser. Nothing is pre-recorded. The same methods go into client deployments.

01 / Agents

Work that coordinates itself.

Our deployments run on machine employees: roles, permissions, a human manager, and an audit trail. The panels below run that coordination live: merging systems, assigning tasks, and moving work off a worker that fails.

What we build nowmachine employees, coordinating

System unification

many schemas → one model

Disconnected systems resolve into one live model, and conflicting records reconcile as they meet.

Entity resolution

sim(a,b) ≥ τ ⇒ merge

Duplicate client records are scored, matched and merged into one golden record.

Task market

award = argmax fit / cost

Machine employees bid for queued work, and each task goes to the best-suited role.

Machine-employee firewall

allow ⇔ policy(action)

Every agent action is checked against its permissions; anything outside them stops for a person.

Self-healing work queue

requeue on worker loss

A worker drops out, its tasks return to the queue, and the rest of the team absorbs them.

Orchestration

DAG · retry · hand-off

Work flows through a dependency graph, retries on failure, and hands off to a person when confidence is low.

Coordination scienceported methods

Work stealing

idle worker steals from a busy queue's tail

Idle workers take work from busy ones, so no queue sits full while another sits empty.

Decentralised coordination

separation · alignment · cohesion

Dozens of agents coordinate a shared search with no central controller.

Self-healing network

shortest-path re-route

Remove a node and traffic recomputes a route around the gap in real time.

Fault-tolerant agreement

commit at ⌊2n/3⌋ + 1

Nodes reach agreement even with a faulty member in the group.

02 / Defence

Detect it, contain it, keep the record.

REAPER is our defensive layer, in development. It is designed to detect an intrusion fast, contain it, and keep a record that cannot be quietly edited. Every panel here is defensive only. The panels below show how it detects, contains and records an intrusion.

The methods REAPER is designed aroundin development · defensive only

Tripwires

touch(decoy) ⇒ alarm

Decoy files and logins no genuine user ever opens. The first touch raises the alarm.

Proof record

hₙ = H(hₙ₋₁ ‖ eₙ)

Every entry seals the one before it. Edit one line and the chain turns red from that point on.

Reversible containment

escalate on ≥ 2 signals

Responses start gentle and step up only as evidence builds, then step back down when it clears.

Quiet baseline

alert ⇔ ≥ 2 correlated signals

Thousands of events in, a handful of alerts out. A person is paged only when two signals agree.

Outbound allow-list

dst ∈ allow ? pass : block

Data leaves only for approved destinations. Anything else stops at the boundary and is logged.

Digital-twin attack paths

close the shortest path, repeat

Our agents probe a copy of the system, never the live one, and close each weak path they find.

Defensive methodsported, reframed

Containment

spread vs detect · isolate · patch

A compromise spreads across a host graph while detection isolates and patches it. The measure is how fast it is contained.

Learned-baseline detection

z = (x − μ) / σ, EWMA

A live signal is compared with what normal looks like, and the outlier is flagged as it leaves the band.

Hardening our own code

keep input if new coverage

We mutate inputs against our own software to find weak branches before anyone else does.

Tamper sensitivity

avalanche ≈ 50%

Change one bit of the input and about half the output changes. That is why an edit cannot hide.

03 / Industry

The same methods, applied to your operation.

These panels run real optimisation, forecasting and risk maths on problems from different industries. The list below shows the fields we work in.

Industry methodsfield-specialist methods

Claims triage

score → fast · review · decline

Claims are scored on arrival and routed to the right lane, with borderline cases sent to a person.

Fraud ring detection

dense-subgraph detection

A tightly linked cluster of accounts stands out from ordinary payment traffic as it forms.

Patient flow

L = λW

Admissions, beds and discharges as one flow, so the bottleneck ward is visible before it overflows.

Predictive maintenance

remaining life from drift

One machine's readings drift out of their normal band, and maintenance is flagged before failure.

Demand forecasting

trend + season + noise

A forecast with its uncertainty band, so restock points come with a stated confidence.

Clause matching

similarity ≥ τ

Contract clauses are matched against a reference library, and non-standard wording is flagged for review.

Timetable solving

constraint propagation + backtracking

Classes, rooms and teachers settle into a timetable with no clashes.

Monte Carlo simulation

Sₜ₊₁ = Sₜ·e^((μ−½σ²)Δt + σ√Δt·Z)

Thousands of simulated paths form a distribution. Shown for the maths, not as advice.

Walk-forward evaluation

fit → test → roll the window

A model is refitted and tested on data it has not seen, window after window. No performance is claimed.

Optimisation, tracking, fusionported methods

Route planning

f = g + h

The shortest route found by searching outward from a guided frontier, the core of routing and planning.

Tracking through noise

x̂ = x̂⁻ + K(z − Hx̂⁻)

A moving asset's position is held steady through noisy and missing readings.

Multi-sensor fusion

gate ‖z − x̂‖² < γ

Scattered readings from many sensors are combined into confirmed tracks in one place.

Applied surfacehover or focus to trace

Not exhaustive. Specialised problems get easier when the team that understands the science also writes the code.

04 / Frontier

How far the methods reach.

Methods from physics, biology, materials and computing, running live in the browser.

Physics, biology, materials, compilersported methods, restyled

Escape-time computation

zₙ₊₁ = zₙ² + c

The complex map computed point by point until each value escapes.

Spiking neuron dynamics

v′ = 0.04v² + 5v + 140 − u + I

A network of model neurons; membrane potentials evolve and spikes travel along connections.

Reaction-diffusion

∂u/∂t = Dᵤ∇²u − uv² + F(1−u)

Two simulated chemicals react and spread, and cell-like patterns emerge.

Molecular self-assembly

F = −k(r − r₀) + F_LJ

Atoms under bond and repulsion forces relax into a stable shape.

Magnetic confinement

F = q(v × B)

Charged particles follow real orbits in a magnetic field as they collide.

N-body gravitation

F = G·m₁m₂ / r²

Every mass pulls on every other; orbits and slingshots from Newton's law alone.

Orbit propagation

r̈ = −μr / ‖r‖³

Orbits propagated forward to predict when each satellite passes a station.

Compiler pipeline

lex → parse → bytecode → VM

Source is tokenised, parsed, compiled and run on a small stack machine.

Garbage collection

tri-colour mark and sweep

Live memory is traced from its roots, and what cannot be reached is freed.

B-tree index

split on overflow

Keys go into a self-balancing tree. This is how a database index stays fast.

Training by gradient descent

forward · backprop · SGD

A small network learns a curved boundary, and the decision surface forms as it trains.

Quantum teleportation

Bell measurement → 2 bits → correction

An unknown quantum state is moved using entanglement and two classical bits.

Quantum tunnelling

iℏ ∂ψ/∂t = Ĥψ

A wave packet meets a barrier higher than its energy, and part of it passes through.

Material discovery

argmin_θ ‖property(θ) − target‖

A search across composition space for a lattice with a target property.

Fold to function

min E: bonds + angles + contacts

A chain folds into the shape that gives a molecule its function.

Chain reaction

n + ²³⁵U → fragments + ν·n

Each split releases neutrons that may split more nuclei; the multiplication factor is tracked live.

The arrow of time

S = −Σ pᵢ ln pᵢ

Two gases mix through collisions, and entropy rises without falling back.

Causal structure

ds² = −c²dt² + dx²

Every worldline stays inside the light cone, so nothing reaches its own past.

Deterministic chaos

ẋ = σ(y − x), ẏ = x(ρ − z) − y, ż = xy − βz

Bounded and never repeating. Tiny differences in the start grow until prediction fails.

Bigger problems need more hardware, not new methods.
